About

Albizia Wildlife Conservation Interns are a group of people from different backgrounds coming together to protect, grow and maintain the wildlife around the Hluhluwe area in South Africa. With the help of Anton “El Jefe” and Harriot our Intern/ Volunteer coordinator we complete animals surveys from small insects to big mammals around the reserve. We have an ongoing camera trap program to maintain our species count as well as keep track of the nocturnal animals which are considered rare game. Our days are filled with adventure as we also take part in the care and post release of a variety of wildlife. Our journey here is a once in a lifetime opportunity and we would like to share it with you as well as, the importance of wildlife conservation here in South Africa .
